I've spent hundreds of hours on the Loveland site and used it to select empty lots in areas along Woodward Ave and in Greenlawn, Indian Village, neighborhoods along the water, as well as a small handful in Grandmont East/West and Outer Drive East.A friend of mine has a passion for urban gardening, city rebuilding and a "frontier lifestyle" in rough areas - he's planning on moving to Detroit to create community gardens with a couple of organizations that are already there.

I understand painting, cleaning, changing light bulbs etc...but Why would missing door knobs, bathroom safety handles, broken closet doors, mini and vertical blinds, dishwasher and stove bad enough to warranty new units, all of this went unnoticed?

Photo tips.Br,, remove curtain rods and put up vertical blinds that are like 64" long not floor length.

I don't expect to have any outside work for AT LEAST the next two months, so next week I'll be up on a roof doing the "delightful" job of removing shingles on one of my rentals, followed by a bunch of painting & gardening.

In vertical construction, you can get an estimate based on the home you want to build (ie 150 USD per sqf for average, 200 for higher end construction depending on the market you're in).
