This is a hot, competitive market and I'm struggling to find anything that meets my criteria: decent enough neighborhood that I would live in it, move-in ready or close to it, projected cap rate above 6.5% after expenses (including PM).I don't mind making tons of offers and getting rejected over and over.

At the time of the writing, there was no documentation that assessors were required to assess condominiums differently if they do not receive a municipal service.State and federal courts have rejected claims that Connecticut towns must reduce the assessment for properties that do not receive all municipal services.

I typically reject any applicants with less than 600 credit score, unless it's from medical or student loan debt and it shows other bills that they do pay on time.

I have one I'm watching he rejected my offer which was about 25% below asking and half the deposit because of repair needs he thinks don't need to be done.

rejection in many forms is SOP for door knocking direct mail any type of advertising really.My first job way back when was selling Fuller Brush door to door.. much like being on a Mormom missions or a Witness coming to your door.. or selling magazines.. etc.good advise above.. when you knock on the door ALWAYS step back.. and down a step if there is one..
