I don't want to belittle anyone who has racked up student debt, but usually those people spent years in college without pursuing scholarships and subsidies, and living relatively luxurious lives while delaying getting a job.That said, should you choose to pursue a college degree, you're better off diversifying into some other field (imo) than real estate; RE doesn't value degrees, and the barriers to entry are minimal.
