I’ve been reading some of Brandon’s books and this year I partnered up with a friend of mine who has about 25 units, and I act as a passive investor with him to purchase 5 Cashflow if units together (1 single family and 2 duplexes).  

Has anybody actually received funds to their bank account that you can go to atm machine and get your money because mine has said paid since last week sometime and then where it says application approved mine went to saying payment processing but down a little bit it has my land lords name and a status that says paid and it's been saying paid there for about 10 are  12 days but payment processing just come up 2 days ago.

I make mine nice so it feels like I'm living in a nice townhome.

I have a long ways to go to get this new job of mine sorted out, he has not been keeping up with much, so I’m inheriting a mess to sort thru all the while learning what I’m doing!
