I do know a few agents down here and one that is an investor so I’ve enjoyed working with her.

So, here’s why I’m here; although we enjoy our business ventures and strive to invest more into real estate for years to come, we want to take a more aggressive approach to achieve financial freedom.

Paying off the truck will open up another $400 in cash flow a month allowing me to either save or double my monthly boat payment.For amplifying info, our current debt is our home, one vehicle (another paid off), and a boat (yes, we bought a boat at 30 yrs old because we had the money and wanted to enjoy it the most amount of time possible while we knew we were going to be living in an area that we could).

Risk-taker (You got to be willing to take chances when opportunities present themselves).Personality (in less you have a ton of money already, people will not enjoy working with an a**hole)Outside the box thinker (got to be able to see things that others don't see or not willing to try)Willing to learn (the ability to take good advice as well as seek information to advance your business)Committed (everything isn't going to work as planned so you got to be willing to continue to try)Know when you say no (you got to say no to bad deals and/or partnerships)Please fill free to add or critic my list as you see fit.

It seems that this bill just assumes everyone must enjoy being around pets and that seems unfair to me.Here's another scenario for you, you sign an applicant to a lease and they move in with an aggressive, loud, and/or destructive pet(s).

We just enjoy giving soldiers a good temporary place to live that is off base :) We have had some potential homes in Ft.Hood (Killeen and Copperas cove area) but the property taxes in Texas are just killer.
