I'd like to know a couple things:- What are your investing goals and how far along are you to reaching them?

I would reach out to see how many of them converted to showings and to ask for feedback.

So many of my calls have been easily corrected over the phone. 

I checked with one of the lenders recommended in the lender finder but I don't qualify due to the amount of the HELOC not reaching the minimum pull out amount of $50K.

Some ideas: posting on forums; reach out to your network; college campuses; business relocation sites; and yes, social media :) Use a good screening procedure to weed out unqualified applicants.
