One great thing about the internet is you can now really check up on someone and often find out about them/their reputation ahead of time.

You try to go into the business and get involved with something where you have thousands of dollars at risk, either making or losing, and then think the whole thing can be held together with some guru contract, or some freebie off the internet. 

My big problem is that I do not live in the USA and I know that you can do a lot on the internet now a days but how do I go about having someone on the ground to show the property for me?

There is no mystery here or secret the program is pretty clear do they have tons of affiliates and programs they want to sign you up for and make money?

Its only with the advent of the internet Guru's and what is promulgated even here on BP that it gives folks the false sense of security that wholesaling is some sort of industry or career path. 

Unless they are the most amazing tenant ever, I'd tell them to skip the payment on their cell phone, Internet, and car payment but that the property where all that stuff lives is the first priority.
