I have an issue with this agent saying they still want to work with you.Sounds like what they are saying is "You are not the priority but if I come across something maybe I will get some cash for it off of this buyer"I think that is a very bad business practice.If I agree to work with somebody I give them my full effort and attention.If I can't work with them to start or believe they are unrealistic I tell them right away.I believe when selling or buying a property nobodies time should be wasted.I wish other brokers and agents would just be upfront about things.It gives the profession a bad image.

Blessings, Jerry Puckett Managing Partner New Refined Images LLC[i]Jerry,Oh Boo Hoo…unfortunately I do not….the only online tools I can think of would be Tarrant County Online (OPR) Official Public Records search…and Tarrant County Appraisal District –Tarrant County Tax Office---or whichever county you are working in…..you can purchase an Owners and Encumbrance from our Customer Service Plant..but it costs around $138.00 each I think.

It's incredibly slow to load...Your logo looks a bit blurred - I'd recreate it from a high quality image and save it as jpg quality 3.Other than that it's an "ok" joomla site.

I would imaging they are much smaller ones (sub $50mm) as I can't see it making economic sense for funds larger than this spending time snatching up individual residential properties (as opposed to purchasing units in bulk).I don't have any personal experience with hedge funds so I may be completely off base though.
