Ravi Kiran Wow, you're planning on adding a ton of expenses to prevent car break ins.There are some cheaper options that you could start with.The gate is a visual deterrent... so is a dummy video camera and signage.An auditable deterrent is to have a bell set up to a light beam so when someone walks across and breaks the line of sight, the bell/buzzer rings.

To my shame, I have not read it, but @Brandon Turner has written a book on strategies for funding real estate investment:http://get.biggerpockets.com/nomoneydown/I read "Nothing Down for the 2000s: Dynamic New Wealth Strategies in Real Estate" by Robert Allen and would recommend it as well.
