In reality, guests will rate the rental 5-stars once it's clean, no maintenance issues and excellent customer service.Check out Orbirental as an option well if you haven't already.

I am thinking there's an incentive for freelancers to eat these promotions up and get their rating count up; allowing average/weak freelancers to appear superior with 2K 4.5 star reviews.

Real Estate is not always about making money but of a bunch of problems starring you in the face.

I'm not sure if the stars are homeowners or renters, but they are a good representation of some of the awesome people that live in our great city!  

The sky at night in the mountains are so clear you see thousands of stars.
