Needs new roof, kitchen, water heater etc? 

This is a duplex with one water meter, and we had submeters installed to divide the cost between the tenants, and we bill the tenants.  

These faucets don't always turn on or the faucets turn on when you don't want them to; the water temperature is either too hot or too cold; and the water always comes on full blast.

Hi all,So we have a tenant that hasn't been paying the water bill.

Age of roof, boiler/furnace, hot water tank etc... will one side be vacant and ready for you or will you have to evict somebody?

Our process is very thorough and includes removing old galvanized plumbing and replacing it with copper and PVC, replacing all new electrical wiring in conduit and breaker panels, all new HVAC including furnaces, condensers and water tanks.
