In some parts of the country, banks are eager to finance properties with good cash flow to strong investors. 2) owner financed- many owners of MHP's own them free and clear, so they will carry the park.3) private money- find a private investor to front the cash to purchase the park.

Hard money lenders are good for this as well as private investors.Banks are not the only option out there.The other part 'I want To Buy ALL CASH'.......Don't do it....use as small a part of your own cash as possible.
