Always be sure to hide an extra key somewhere onsite, Inevitably someone will forget to put the keys back in the box the night before something critical needs to happen first thing the next morning.

The extra load on the electrical is hard on the box.

how about pay the Errors & Omissions insurance, desk fees, lock-box fees, Local Board fees, National Board Fees, etc.?  

The big banks aren't going to offer this kind of service since they sell their loans & therefore the loans have to fit within a certain box. 

It's about a 5 mile drive to a big box but that's not bad.

I used to print and put out flyers in a box at the For Rent sign.

The sign would say FOR RENT, and an info box containing a bunch of one page information sheets.

If braided and quality, I would disconnect the pull-down and bring it into the habitat store or a box store.  

We got a letter yesterday saying that the sill plate work doesn't require a permit (and other work, like upgrading wiring and a fuse in the fuse box) and that the work done to replace the main support beam - they will give us paperwork "at closing".
