As of right now I am 18 years old and I have been building e-commerce and dropshipping stores online for the past two years, Also I build and grow theme pages on social media as well. working at my job, being a CSA at Wawa, INC for the past two years. 

The best thing you can do is socialize and ask around about contractors, maybe not even take the word from one lumber yard, try two.

Are they posted elsewhere on another social media platform or if they happen they can be found on BP?

I got my licenses cause I struggled to find a investor friendly agent, but I’m also pretty social and realized “oh crap, I can make money selling homes” so it’s been good for me, but if you don’t enjoy being social and dealing with other peoples emotions I wouldn’t do it just to save costs. 

Also if you’re worried about them often maybe a quick social media lookup to see if you’re dealing with any knuckleheads.

I believe everyone on the board is elderly so they could really use help creating a social media presence, reaching out to local businesses for assistance, etc.

With the advent of social media, everyone has a voice to publicly state their opinion.

The nature of the business is that there will be some sketchy reviews because it is hard to please everyone...tenants often complain unfairly on social media and owners also get mad when the PM follows the law and not the owner's wishes...but...also, bear in mind that reviews do matter...ask your PM to provide you with 2 or 3 current owners and CALL them. 

The problem tenants are retired folks and are on social security.
