As long as you put in the time to learn as much as you can up front and put that knowledge to work by taking action, you'll be just fine!

I Currently own 8 piece of real estate. 7 long term rentals. 1 str that is currently in the furnishing stages.  

I have a tenant that wants to remove a light fixture and install a ceiling fan.we told them upon move out as long as everything would be the same as move in.So they remove the large light fixture and installed a ceiling fan.

You can have a homestead all day long without filing a tax exemption.
