I have a property currently where a college student lived three blocks away from the new georgia dome on northside drive/ Airbnbs in that area go for 200 per night.

The best drywall job I got was when I had the entire first floor (9 foot walls and the ceiling too) -- living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, the back hallway, and the upstairs bathroom all drywalled AND textured for $2,000.

I live in Northwestern Pennsylvania (PA is a tax deed state, and my local county does not do tax lien certificates, they do property auctions to recollect taxes). 

In fact they do this all the time for tree trimming, etc.I have not raised their rent in the two years they have lived there and they intend to stay for a long time they said.

They also have not been living at the house for a few years.

We have to give a 30 day notice to one or both of them because we have to live in one of the units.

I am living on the SE side which is ultra-competitive currently.

She has already been great so far communication wise, she keeps the place spotless, and she has lived there 5 years, making me her third landlord while she has lived there.

(we live in a tiny house on the acre separate from the house)Has anyone dealt with something similar or know what is the best way to make that income usable for a loan?
