There's so many catalysts for population and job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Hospital, etc).

I have an opportunity to invest in a real estate related opportunity, but instead of being backed by any hard assets, such as the property, the borrower has agreed to personally guarantee the loan.

Theyve done a great job with our units in the past but currently we are unable to rent almost any 1 bedroom units.

I dont know the scope of the job.. but 89k for sheetrock on just a small portion of the job is a huge number.. we sheetrock 2000 sq ft houses for about 15k total.

I could also begin to exchange some assets out of CA to NV if the opportunity should arise.Just my 0.02
