I like the idea of incorporating digital marketing into the mix. 

Can anyone please direct my husband and I to the blog/website Brandon Turner mentioned on one of the podcasts that he used to incorporate his handwriting to be used as a font? 

One is a professionally printed letter, with company logo, an LLC, formal english, proof of funds all neatly PRINTED in a clean white envelope.The other is a nasty ripped off yellow letter (or white paper letter) with your rant written in creepy ink that looks like blood offering to buy their $356,000 house in CASH!

In my area we are seeing a trend in corporate owned gas stations that own and custom build their stores.

A lot of that has to do with the fact that I draw from much older design models than many renovators... the houses I work on are either older (1950's) or designed to look older (Neo-bungalow/victorian crossovers).All that means is that while I have certain design modes I try to follow (No horizontal tile surfaces, for example), the houses I work on generally each tend to require something unique to the house.Example, the neo-bungalow we built most recently has a craftsman/early Victorian crossover trim package that incorporates both simple door and window casing with very craftsman-looking pediments, and cove molding which is a very early-Victorian thing to do.

Also - just realized who the stellar op was ;) - let me know what type of design you're looking for and I might be able to put you in touch with the right person.I just hired a guy who is doing some webpage design templates for me, and another guy who did some phenomenal logo-style images!

So I'm ordering new business cards now that I have a logo and am wondering  - what all do you put on your cards?

I also always incorporate principal paydown when a home is performing well.

One thing worth noting (this is probably regional) is that the assessed value gives you the tax amount to incorporate into your projected costs, but in some areas that number will be adjusted as soon as the property changes hands.  

I have not yet incorporated, however my wife and I already have a name selected.
