Since you are a teacher, then you will obviously agree that the more you read, the more knowledgeable you will be....so grab as many BiggerPockets books as you can and read away.

@Tom Tao we'd only agree to retain a holdover worker if we got to interview them to make that decision.If an owner wants to take that decision away from us, then the owner can employ them and we'd just do our best to manage them.

I think I agree that it is easier/cleaner to either sell their property outright or take on the construction loan.

We have seen price run-ups, bidding wars, rent increases like the rest of the country but at the end of the day our entry price point is still much lower. 

It can also go wrong in ANY city/state in the country.
