The biggest red flag is that CHBO offers no free trial period, they charge a large up-front full-year fee, and it's completely NON-refundable. 

I signed up for a free trial with PostScan mail or something like that - their HQ is in CA and you have addresses to choose from across the US (I'm guessing other businesses like a mailboxes etc or maybe a ups store franchisee can signup as one of their partners) - we shall see how it goes - have to get a form notarized and sent back to them then they can start receiving some of our mail.My goal is to have only items sent there that I want scanned - say bills for example - then the bills can be auto emailed to our bill pay system we use. 

Trial and error, gotta find what you are good at, and what works for you.

Is that something your customers will be willing to pay extra for, and it is worth it for you.It's all about trial and error, give it a shot!

I expect some trial and error however would like to know what some of you on here have done when they first started.Which to use: Yellow letters, postcards, regular letters, etc?

Some of this knowledge comes from other REI but even more is from trial and error. 

Moreover, older sellers prefers direct mail over phone call.Facebook ads is also good but not the best when it comes in finding sellers.SEO is more long term strategy than some of the other but can be very effective in the long term.The key to being successful with Real Estate Marketing is consistency and the only way to find what marketing strategy works for your market is by trial and error.Good Luck to you!

Maybe I should try everything for a trial period and see what works best...Just wanted to throw this out there to see what is working for others and if there is anyone that could push me in the right direction.

I am a CPCU and as such I have expert witnessed in 3 trials exactly as this goes.

I might be uptight though considering I’m still doing my trial run of allowing pets. :)
