The way "Showami" works is you enter your property address and a showing time and also what you are willing to pay (35 dollars is minimum last I checked) and the request gets blasted and one of the licensed agents picks it up.3) I have also used people on TaskRabbit for showings but not great fan.4) I have used cleaners that I have used in past to show the property.5) I have used my other tenants (who I know have clean records) and paid them like 50 dollars per showing.

I spend literally just minutes each week between communicating with guests and my cleaning/maintenance team, as well as ordering more items that the cleaner says we need to stock up on for the property.I can see the need for property management services if/when you have a larger portfolio of properties, but for a single property I highly recommend doing it yourself and saving the money.

Caustic drain cleaners will leave a telltale mark in an aluminum sink, if your tenants know that they'll think twice about using it.btw, dumbest tenant I ever had was a college kid I was renting a room to when I was in college.

It is 1000 times cleaner than my other rental property that is currently rented by an Officer in the Marine corps (single, no family, and house hacking with a buddy against the lease) I walk in there any time I want, unannounced.
