I have played with AirDNA and heard of Pricelabs, but how accurate are these sites with their estimates?

I’m married with 4 kids, I make about $175k a year, we have about $250k of total debt, about $500k to $600k in equity in our current property, around $15k in liquid cash and close to $200k in retirement saving.What does action look like for me and my family?

You may want to use listing spark- which will provide MLS (and other marketing sites) exposure for a fee.

I used to service our notes personally but, with the SAFE act and the fact that servicing is a BIG pain in the butt anyhow, I am glad to shift this work out to others so that I can go out and do things that actually make me money!
