You cannot leave a review prior to departing, and the review process is blind and designed so that reviews cannot be leveraged against guests or hosts.  

Cleaning, hanging blinds, repairing screens and unclogging drains are going to be your new side hustle. 

So, I think they would expect a fight, and then be pleasantly surprised I wasn't going to nickel and dime them over normal living stuff.It's when tenants get surprised or blind-sided that they get angry enough to file a small claims court action, so I think doing a walk-through with them can work out great, if you're decent about it.

Also, now she is saying she wants blinds to cover Windows that are in front of the house like the ones shown in the picture.

I just recommend that people run the numbers and make their own decision, rather than blindly following others. 

It's easy to blindly say that if we relaxed zoning and allowed more units per lot or allowed duplexes that we would have lower cost housing.

Do you mean curtains/blinds?  

I may have to repaint and/or change out the blinds.
