Many passive investors invest in multiple asset classes; so, doors does not work (doors, pads, square footage, units, notes, etc.).

It all depends on depth, undulation, and footage to run said water.

The city council of Diamond City just recently  passed an ordinance to prevent homes under a certain set square footage requirement to be constructed.

I find the bigger the property in sq footage/number of bedrooms, the more profitable it is for me. 

Assessor came by yesterday, did a very basic walk through for sq footage (did take a few measurements), check no. bedrooms, check no. bathrooms, and general condition.

I looked through the appraisal report for my home and noticed for example that difference in square footage didn't make a lot of difference.

I then remember I had a flyer from the selling agent and pulled it out to find 1447 sq ft (if anything I expected this to be inflated).This left me really questioning square footage numbers in general and the size of the home I am purchasing.I then began googling the various terms around square footage to figure out if the numbers are comparable.  

Creating deals may include changing the bed/bathroom count, increasing square footage, adding amenities, etc.
