I live between school in Lexington and my hometown of Louisville.

I also love how close it is to all of the universities in downtown Newark which will give students (primarily graduate students which also makes me feel better as there will probably be less weekday beer pong tournaments) easy access to the city on weekends and class on weekdays!

I have a husband who is graduating from medical school soon and we have two young children.I've read the intro guide and have been listening to podcasts.

The school district is Woodlynne NJ, on the lower end (5/10) on Zillows.

Expensive legal counsel helps immensely of course.Although, there is still a school of thought that only the actual moving of dirt creates inventory and recording a plat is simply codifying best and highest use.  

After graduating from college in 2013, Clay and I pledged to work harder than anyone to begin trailblazing our path to financial freedom.

Looking for a meaning in designing residences, I decided to go back to school and take my Master in Architecture at Parsons, NYC.

That is a great spot near the school!

You may need to stay old school and use a 30" wide unit.  

I am not familiar with the area so would like to get an understanding of the areas with good locations for rental, schools, etc.
