Congrats on diving in man! 

You don’t have to enjoy it necessary, though many do, but you need to be okay with dealing with some rough seasons in investing when you dive in.

They will be able to go deeper than simply identifying issues with the structures themselves, and will be able to identify where management can improve maintenance on a regular and timely basis.  

I hope this will be a solid education while get prepared to dive into some properties of my own.

We all have a real passion for real estate here, so dive right in and learn even more!

Narrowed it down to 3 properties, have financing lined up, just working on some deeper analysis to determine the best exit strategies.

@Nabil Suleiman I've done long term rentals in the past (not in ER though) so I have experience with long term tenants... just never dived into Airbnb and thought this might be a good opportunity to try/learn something new (add an extra skillset to my tool belt) if the demand justified it.
