Another had hidden foundation issues, that were obvious from the inside, just not from the outside.You will sign all sorts of lies on the paperwork--you inspected the property, etc.

I marketed it to tenant buyers and after about 4 weeks signed an agreement with a Pastor , his wife and there child for market rent - $2000, with the option to buy for $360,000 which the appraisal amount went up about $3000 from that already.

Have a separate signed agreement that you will be responsible for half of the mortgage payment the entire time the house is owned and due 50% of profits from a sale.

You may have troubles listing them on some of the platforms such as Trip Advisor who verify property ownership but if you have a signed lease, I don't think they will challenge it.
