If everything is going good after a short term, we can sign a longer term lease. 

Lets say you were to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement, and then disclose the confidential information which was shared with you.

You may have troubles listing them on some of the platforms such as Trip Advisor who verify property ownership but if you have a signed lease, I don't think they will challenge it.
