Yes, the Act applies to raw land if you can build or place a home on it.Ken, we are on the same page, I'd say that while you specialize in mobile homes, there is not a far stretch at all in these matters to apply what you have said to land or conventional homes, if any at all.

So even though statistically, there might be an 8% gap from ownership with Gen X, how does that translate into the raw number of people buying homes?
