Traditional refinancing and selling has proven challenging, so I’m considering more creative options, such as private lending or partnership arrangements.Questions for the Community:Have any of you dealt with a similar situation? 

I would suggest you make the request to have the tenants leave, AND, if it delays the transaction that's no skin off your back - just keep you lender/bank in the loop!

(It’s outside of Tulsa and the STR’s in the area don’t have private pools.)

Hey Artiom - investor friendly lender and aspiring investor as well (actively looking).

Private pools not allowed, maybe a hot tub, still don’t have definitive answer if it’s allowed.

This is why they are now forbidden to be used by REAL ESTATE AGENTS  I suspect private party no licensed agents involved can do what ever they please in this regard.Also you probably heard that the Master bedroom now for agents must be referred to as the primary..
