I'm not opposed to this program but am somewhat confused by all the somewhat ridiculous fair housing laws that real estate people have to tiptoe through and then they offer these special deals to only this select group of people?

There are multiple people that have commented on this chain or I'm more than happy to recommend one.

A good PM can keep a mediocre investment afloat; a bad PM can destroy the best investment.Think about people investing in 1940, 1960, or 1990.

It is worth the cost when $hit happens.  

I did mention owner financing but other than the big sales tax hit I didn't know quite how to sell that idea to her.

In 2008 this was one of the areas to get hit the hardest.

I'd love to hear about other people's experiences in the area and what they think about the future for Raleigh as it continues to grow in comparison to places like Charlotte or Austin. 

Then go down and ask people in that unit and confirm if there was any leak. 

We need more people with experience like you to help us newbies like me.
