Semi unrelated, but being in the biz for over a decade and doing $200M+ in transactions, I've got to tell you guys, Doctors are some of the worst business people out there.

reality is you need capital to start once you get a track record things can change.but its going to be very difficult to find folks that front 100% to you starting out.

Recently the city issued a notice about the property not being zoned for multiple family occupancy.

I suggest looking into local investing groups on Facebook to connect with more people in your specific area

An arborist would be who I would ask, this is a tough guess for anyone not there to confirm these can be moved with no issues.
