It does not and can not supersede state laws, municipal ordinances and administrative regulations.Some of the many extremely problematic examples a forum search will reveal:"My tenant has gotten a service animal when my lease has a no-pet clause!"

Wendell, that might sound good in an investor forum, but it's just predatory thinking at this price level, it's not a 2M dollar house.Nancy, new laws are in place, reread my post, an option price can be computed legally and it's a pain, why residential options take the easy way, 1%, 2%, or whatever some of these guys think they can get away with.
