When forming an LLC to hold real estate it often makes the most sense to incorporate in the state that you own the property.

If you can incorporate it into your marketing/social media and get more business, great.

Even in Corporate Business you learn that you must emulate the successful managers and learn from then.

So, if you're using hard money, the pre-qual letter will either need to be in your or your company's name, whichever is purchasing.The title company will want to see your corporate creation docs (articles of incorporation or articles of organization) to prove the company exists and your operating agreement to prove you have authority to sign.

You can add in all the language you want to with all of the misc. details you want to incorporate.
