Just because they don't list it doesn't mean they don't "charge it" by having their vendors mark up repair invoices and under the table kick backs of the diff.Buy local and self manage is your best route ... otherwise be prepared to go through several crappy, crooked property managers (spidey senses tingling on this one), hire and fire many, then maybe finding a decent one that you will still need to monitor carefully.

You have to take charge of the process. e.g. communicate with the contractor (if you use theirs), and if you can't monitor the progress, use their QC (quality control).

I've lived in both types of housing and I've also volunteered at them too, I've been Sober for 8 years and I know the ins & outs of these types of homes how they need to be set up, maintained l, the type of staffing or Monitoring they require, the amount of rent to charge (3¼ Houses only.) a 3¼ house will house around 2 or more ppl per room a large hoom could hold as many as 20,and each individuals rent is typically around $350-$500 a month.

Hi Karen,New user here and something I think would be helpful (and hopefully these posts are monitored, so my recommendation is seen) is having the mobile app allow you to add a photo to your profile.I would assume, like most things today, mobile is a common platform, when it comes to accessing BP.I'm pretty tech savvy, so I will certainly heed your advice and add a picture shortly!
