You need a permit to move a mobile home and, there is no way an F150 is going to tow the newer style 14 wide, or wider models.

If I have room dimensions and a floor plan, I can create how I think the home would look to my personal style.

We actually wrote into our agreement "pets are not allowed to eliminate indoors"...

We are looking at starting on the nw side of Houston, a very large subdivision style area with new neighbor hoods always under development and excellent schools.

From that sell, my wife and I have obtained a very nice chunk of money to add to our savings.Our long term goal is to buy single family - 4plex style homes in the Thurston, Grays Harbor and Lewis counties of Washington State and keep them as rental properties. 

These photos are from the move in inspection, not the listing, so not the best quality and obviously a different style than listing photos.

Both those numbers sound high but it’s really impossible to know without knowing more about the age and style of the house etc.

So maybe a cost saving compromise is to buy new doors for the existing cabinets in a style more up to date.
