investor friendly realtor. only work with license & bond contractors, since you’ll be out of state. whoever you get to be ur eyes on any project, make sure you trust them. definitely use that lot for more $$$ either build another rental or let the contractor rent it till you have a SOLID plan. double check laws & zoning!

I mean if you checked/changed the air filters and it/they were built up solid with dust and debris that could definitely aid in burning out a capacitor, but they do take time to burn out.

I have been using them for 2 years and have not had any hiccups yet (fingers-crossed that continues).....with all that said, a good rule of thumb as a responsible owner is that you still need to pay attention to your balance sheet because human nature occurs and some things can fall through the cracks.
