My REI partner will be there next week - if any REI in the Macon market would let us buy them lunch or share some insight and contacts in Macon I would be eternally grateful.  

I'll be returning to Indiana this summer and will be starting my own business flipping single family houses in the Hamilton and Hancock county areas.I've been listening to Bigger Pockets podcasts for a little while now, and am grateful for the lessons learned through that.

Gratefully I have enough cash to do a few more buy and hold deals but before doing so I would like get financing in place to make sure I can cash out refi to buy more properties and not have my money stuck.

I don't work for them or anything, but they saved me a ton of money so I'm grateful.  

Gratefully, they have some networking before their meeting because I usually have to run out immediately after the meeting because it ends at 9pm and I work at 4am the following day.

I will be forever grateful for the valuable training I received and amazing friendships/mentors I made while there. 

I'm very excited to get started with this new venture, and I'm grateful that I've found BP to help!
