Your first deal is now in limbo with accusations of fraud, lost money, lawsuits possible... lots of people have bad deals, but this one is not only bad, but ongoing.

I once had two girls that were best friends for 15 years and after three months of living together they hated each other!

Then sign a new lease with just the girl with the terms you guys agree on.

I also realize I'm the property owner, and I'm not there to parent them, but I do want to make sure they are happy (within reason) and protect my investment and also make sure they honor their leaseOne roommate has a dog and is accusing the other of "disciplining", the other roommate is a clean freak and the other feels "attacked",  and bottom line there's just drama.

I am looking to put my three girls thru college, and even though I am way late to the game (they are 10, 12 and 18), I am optimistic that i can achieve this.A tad bit about me is, I am married and as stated earlier, I have three amazing daughters (yes, three daughters, God had a sense of humor with me).  

I'm not assuming the accusation is true, I'm curious to know how more experienced investors sort thru these kinds of situations?

I wanted a more flexible schedule to spend more time with my wife and baby girl.
