Down here in South Florida city of Sunrise code enforcement guys drive around looking for any violations they can find they live for it they love going after DIY people going as far as sneaking around peoples homes and looking and even looking at whats in peoples garbage to get a handle on what they might be working on.Best to just ask them what you need to do to comply the more you fight with them the more they dig there heals in

GIGO (Garbage In, Garbage Out ... a computer term), although good, the MPP formula above is only as good as the inputs.All the "rules" (Rule of 72, 70% Rule for PP, etc) only work over a range, they aren't exact, you have to be very careful about relying on these things too much.

The house has already had the wiring stripped out, garage door stolen, A/C stripped, and lots of other miscellaneous vandalism such as rocks through the windows, garbage dumped there by illegal contractors looking to unload carpeting, cement, etc.I hopped in my truck and drove out there.
