@Eddie Marcano, the FTHB standard used by the entire mortgage industry, including every local city/county FTHB program that I've ever encountered, is "had an ownership interest in any residential real estate within the last 3 years?

Can you give an example of typical fees you encounter ? 

Has anyone encountered this before and, if so, how did you deal with it? 

I quickly learned that I really wasn’t qualified to estimate the level of repairs we encountered, and my team also wasn’t able to execute on my representations.

They will be “on call” when your business may encounter a growing pain that calls for legal advice.Typically in this area of law, attorney costs are kept to a minimum by offering client’s a flat fee engagement option.

I understand the basic options available like selling the property for sticker price, leasing the land, etc.  

Sometime we bump into new scenarios/opportunities in our business and encounter a tenant who can be validate, but perhaps in a manner a little different than we are accustomed. 

Has anyone encountered this notice or something similar.
