Judging by the quantities that seem to be opening on every street corner in Southern California, I can’t say I’d dispute this.I’ll note that in addition to the comments from others above, there is a difference between leasing to a NNN tenant with and without a corporate guarantee.

They are not as efficient as the newer cold climate ductless heat pumps - some of this is due to technology differences, but most has to do with energy losses arising from the air exchanger and ducted delivery.I cannot dispute your anecdotal statement that your duplex with a heat pump produces your largest bills {I presume you mean heating}.

The risks in doing a BRRRR were disclosed to you upfront, and you signed a legal document agreeing to not involve Maverick in any future disputes with the seller (that is a standard agreement signed by anyone working with a turnkey marketing company, as marketing companies do not in any way legally represent clients).
