Some of these points may have already been outlined...This is how i look at it and it works for me.I own all my properties in my LLC's as i want separation between myself and (litigation)...I have property management in place on all my rentals as i: 1) Don't want a "landlord" job.

I think I see where you went off track.The idea is NOT to "hide the owner", the idea is to prevent any "professional litigant" from finding an access path back to any human person's personal assets or possessions.

this will depend on if he is a guest or if he has established residency. if he has furniture there and mail coming in he is usually considered to have established residency and would need to be evicted. if he just stopped by for a few days, he is a guest and should be considered a trespasser. however, in fuzzy situations police can sometimes refuse to help under fear that they are putting themselves into a civil matter (eviction) as opposed to a criminal matter (trespassing).
