There really should be a free law organization that helps out landlords with evicting problem tenants. 

Just like any other organization not everyone there are real go getters but they all have good intentions and the ones that do actively invest can give you a great wealth of information if your just starting out. 

About living smart and never having to work again, I have already begun to think where to allocate my money when I get it.

I have begun calling on the day of just to verify they still plan to show and that has cut down a lot of my wasted time. 

There seem to be quite a few disconnected cases, governmental actions, and inquiries against FLYNN, but nothing organized.

With a few exceptions, those looking for an apartment now are not the best candidates (i.e. they weren't organized enough to look in March/April).
