Louis airport after looking at over 15 4 plexes all over St.

.$125K is about half of median price in Austin, so I guess it is bit low.I myself only focus on the south part of Austin, as it is more close to airport and has less traffic to downtown.

Land comps are only relevant if you're buying very similar and very adjacent properties.

It is located in a Plainfield, IN which is a suburb of Indianapolis with a great school district, growing population, quick access to the airport and downtown, and is located near large shopping plaza.

Greetings - I am searching for a company to manage a property Oakland Park, FL, which is adjacent to Ft Lauderdale. 

We would still have a couple years to do that before the balloon payment.. but there's a development of new condos about to open adjacent to our building, and we already have a waiting list a mile long.

The first whole lot is fenced, the half lot is comprised of the south half of the adjacent lot.

After the comps I still felt the comps where high so I asked another realtor but they provided me with different comp range from 190k-200k, so I still decided to do more research I went to city hall in Elizabeth to get a list of all the foreclosure and autions taking place it seems to be true because nothing is being sold this low in Elizabeth.The cheapes price I've seen is 78k for a foreclosure and this already sold, I know this is an awesome deal especially because the location of the property it's in a quite street 10 minutes away from the airport and 5 minutes away from transportation and a major school is a block away, the city is also developing a new park and building literally down the street and the property is on a one way so it quite day and night all homeowners in the area.
