If your loan does have an owner occupancy clause now you are going to be in real trouble if they accelerate the note. 

the sale would be perfect excuse to accelerate all leases and terminate (if legal to do so in ur area).anyone u want to 'keep' or consider keeping, ie ur coworker, u can negotiate a new application & agreement with.. everything's negotiable.good luck with your closing, tenants, and new rates.

For instance you have little cash flow because you have a high interest rate and a short amortization such as a 15.This is accelerating pay down but is crappy for cash flow.
