Credit card debt, no assets to speak of but plenty of liabilities (that others claimed were assets), and built a house of cards for myself that a job layoff quickly blew away over the course of a couple years.I've been through my husband's layoff... car repo... foreclosure (and a move to a lovely trailer park)...  ... even the threat of jail for unpaid credit card balances (thank you, Capitol One)... and finally, the humiliation of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that I had to do on my own because we couldn't even afford a lawyer.And finally, my husband abandoned me and our two daughters to our fate four years ago.

Next, I would drive my target neighborhood searching for abandon properties and handwriting yellow letters to each of those addresses.  

can you claim the easement was abandoned because it was not used, that the new ally way was, and you were allowed by the town and the other homeowner to have this deck there ?

All it takes is one crazy neighbor, abandoned building with homeless squatting in it or just a large population of rats and other vermin living in it to scare away potential tenants to the building you want to invest in.

Ive started “driving for dollars”, looking for distressed/abandoned homes in the phoenix area for flippers/investors.

I also call abandoned properties and homes looking like they have been neglected.  

My Best friends house (Mastic) was next to an abandoned house and the same thing happened.

Lots of times these tenants feel abandoned so by you going there you can physically see whats going on.
