While I never say never with the same emphatic certainty as @Steven Hamilton II, on the surface you would have to have a VERY special set of circumstances to hold rental properties in a corporation, much less an S-Corporation.  

On the surface, this looks like it could be a solid deal for the right buyer, though I'm not well versed on rent control laws in Bayonne or how that would affect this.
