Everybody wants to be rich over night.  

On a macro level, it's really more of a political thing...the rich getting richer.

Instead, let them go the distance with you and they'll fund deal after deal and make you (and them) rich.

I am not looking to get super rich but to create a secondary income and maybe have an asset that appreciates in value as time goes by.I have been looking at the local market for over 3 years and know the prices inside out but since this is my first property I took too long to pull the trigger and prices have risen drastically in the past 2 years... more than 50% believe it or not.The country I live in has experienced a sudden economical growth and is looking at an increase in population in the next few years(by 2x)... so prospects are looking good for investment but at the same time the property prices have reached such heights as to not be reachable by most people and the infrastructure also seems to be at it's limit.

I remember watching a video back when I first started in the business that said, "You don't get rich selling real estate.
