Off white eggshell finish is a good bet for renters. they can scrub kiddie crayon off and have a nice fresh look that does not blind you by the reflection in light. also tends to have a tad more pigment to get it done in one coat easy.

We often use mini blinds on windows.

Take note of what they say, but never blindly accept it at face value and always verify for yourself.
