In the end after learning the ramifications of what they were suggesting they quit doing financed contracts.Financial compliance isn't a prerequisite for law school to my knowledge, I'm not an attorney, but a past Federal Bank Examiner.

The school exam is proctored, meaning you need to take it in person, but they have locations throughout the state to choose from (many are libraries).

It's more of the bedroom community with Enstar, MEA, MTA, Troopers, the Main Borough presence, the School District all in it's city limits I believe.

I also love how close it is to all of the universities in downtown Newark which will give students (primarily graduate students which also makes me feel better as there will probably be less weekday beer pong tournaments) easy access to the city on weekends and class on weekdays!
